Ogrion - The Ogre Lion King

This is the final submission for my 3D animation class. It's a cinematic done in 3Ds Max and Premiere.

Ogrion is the first character that I have made using a custom rig and full facial control rig. I am pretty happy with the final product.

Of course, looking at him now, there is always room for improvement.

Cinematic

I have finished building the set for Ogrion's cinematic. I have done the storyboard and animatic, recorded his voice, and started animating :-)

What a relief to finally get here.

Ogrion the Ogre

I am now in my final semester of my Diploma in Multimedia. Out major project for 3d is to make a hi-res character in 3Ds Max and fully custom rig it. We have done a small animation to show the rig and I am now working on the sets for a cinematic.

Grimwood

I am working on a game at College called 'Grimwood'. We are making a new level and I am making characters, sets and props in 3Ds Max. We also have to make a website for the game.

This is Ogrion. One of the Boss characters for the Egyptian style maze level I have designed.

Jiblet - The (Very Short) Movie

Here is my final submission for the semester's 3D class at college. As is always the case, looking at it now, and given another six months, there are things that I would change, but overall I am very happy with the outcome. Our new lecturer, Lindsay Fleay, who worked on Happy Feet and The Matrix, has taught us a huge amount.

Jiblet Game Animations Part 2

Here are the second three of six game animation loops that I have done for a college project. The final one was done using motion capture. I love the finished product, but was surprised how much 'editing' the mocap required to get there.
